Description

T-OLP is a system for offline creation of programs for printed circuit boards, balancing and line optimization, which allows to increase line performance.

Automatic optimization and built-in algorithms for balancing the assembly line evenly distribute the workload among the existing component installers.

The results of the T-OLP program are transmitted over the computer network to each installer, recording work assignments in its database. The results of balancing and optimizing the line are presented in a visual representation of the production process. Saved programs can be transferred to the installer for future execution.
