Description

The Panasonic NPM-W2 electronic component installer has a modular dual-conveyor design for a high-throughput production line and is uniquely multi-functional. Two gantries can be equipped with two mounting heads, with 3 to 16 mounting heads on each. In addition, one of the mounting heads can be replaced with a head for 2D inspection of solder paste or component mounting quality, or a head for applying adhesives to the board surface before component mounting.
