With manual adjustments for the lifting and entry/exit mechanisms, operators can achieve precise control. The adjustable nozzle design minimizes solder splash and oxidation by reducing oxygen exposure during the soldering process. The wave height can be customized for different PCB thicknesses within a range of 80-250mm, further preventing oxidation. Additionally, the machine’s atomization is powered by a robust stepper motor, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
