Description

Solder reflow oven in a nitrogen environment, conveyor convection SONIC series K. Unlike soldering in an air environment, the reflow process in a nitrogen environment allows for a higher quality of the joint, due to better wetting of the surfaces and a significant reduction in the number of voids in the solder joints.
